You may apply at the Town Office for a Marriage License if you plan to be married anywhere in NH. The license is valid throughout the state and is legal for up to 90 days. The license application must be completed in person and signed by both parties. The process may take up to 30 minutes, so please plan accordingly.

Forms Required:

• proof of age;
• a certified copy of a death certificate of spouse, if applicant is widowed;
• a certified copy of a final divorce decree, if the applicant is divorced;
• a certified copy of an annulment decree, if the applicant's previous marriage was annulled.

• $50.00 marriage license
• $15.00 certified copy of license
