Zoning Board of Adjustment

Public Notices, Minutes, and Agendas are posted in the Wilton Post Office and Town Hall Bulletin Board.
***

The Wilton Zoning Ordinance regulates the use of property in the Town of Wilton - what it can be used for, and what restrictions must be followed.

Please note, as of August 1, 2021 fees for ZBA cases went up. Application fees increased from $100 to $125 .  Abutter notification fees increased from $6/abutter to $10/abutter.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) is the town board that is responsible for applying and interpreting the Zoning Ordinance.

The Zoning Board has five members, appointed by the Board of Selectmen for staggered three year terms. They are joined by up to five alternate members, who may take the place of regular members who are absent or disqualified from a particular case.

For complete information on the Zoning Board, go to the Zoning Board of Adjustment website.
