Riverwalk

Wilton RiverwalkThe Wilton Riverwalk offers a lovely stroll along Stony Brook right off of Main Street by the Police Station.

Stop first by the Kiosk and view rotating displays about Wilton town history and natural resources.  Sit for a while on one of the memorial stone benches, and admire the banners designed by local artists.  If you are lucky, maybe one of our local blue herons will fly by!

Sledding

Carnival HillCarnival Hill may be a hidden gem when it comes to sledding, but it is a gem nonetheless!  Long, wide, and steep, it provides great runs for kids of all ages.  When Wilton held winter carnivals ('26 to '36), the toboggan chute was a quarter mile long and passed through three towns (Wilton, Milford, and Lyndeborough).  For those brave enough to go all the way to the top, the panoramic view is spectacular and the ride down is thrilling!  Located just North of the elementary school on Whiting Hill Road.
