NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to RSA 674:4 and 675:6, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 6:30 p.m. at the Wilton Town Hall on proposed amendments to the Schedule of Building Permit & Fire Department Fees, Appendix VIII of Wilton’s Land Use & Regulations. The effect of the proposed amendments will align building department fees with current rates among neighboring municipalities.
A full copy of the text of the proposed amendments to Schedule of Building Permit & Fire Department Fees, Appendix VIII of Wilton’s Land Use & Regulations, is available for review in the Town Clerk's office during regular business hours.

Town of Wilton, NH Planning Board
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to RSA 674:4 and 675:6, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, 6:30 p.m. at the Wilton Town Hall on proposed amendments to the Planning Board Rules of Procedure. The effect of the proposed amendments will (1) establish the date and time of meetings and their duration, and (2) improve text.
