To help voters have a clearer understanding of the ballot questions and warrant articles for 2020, the town staff has prepared a comprehensive Voter’s Guide.  This document is meant to explain the intent of each article or ballot question and provide some background information on each topic.  It also details whether the Select Board, Budget Committee or Planning Board are in favor of the article, and estimates the impact on the tax rate (per thousand) if approved.
